LGT Crestone was a foundational investor in Revolution’s open-end vehicle some four years ago, and today remains a sizeable supporter of the firm. Private debt markets have grown substantially over the last decade with numerous new entrants, yet it was the team’s genuine through the cycle, non-bank lending experience combined with its diligent and conservative approach that most attracted our business. Messrs Sahota and Petris in particular have both been incredibly supportive of the needs to our firm, and refreshingly engaging and transparent in their approach.LGT Crestone is significant investor in alternative assets across hedge funds, private markets and unlisted real assets, and Revolution plays a core (defensive) role within our portfolios. We believe that private debt will play an increasingly important role for investors moving forward given attractive risk-adjusted returns relative to other asset classes. Critically however, selecting the right manager in alternative assets is imperative, and we continue to trust the Revolution team to deliver the right outcomes for our clients. |
