Specialist Australian and New Zealand Private Debt investment manager, Revolution Asset Management today announced that Vicki Hartley, GAICD and Bill Entwistle, GAICD have been appointed as non-executive directors to the Revolution Asset Management Board.

Vicki Hartley brings more than 30 years of financial service experience to the Revolution Asset Management Board. She began her career in audit practice in London before moving into investment banking with roles in equity and derivatives markets. More recently, Vicki held senior executive roles at Challenger Limited and was Chief Financial Officer at Lendi Ltd and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Pollination Group. Vicki has held executive director and non-executive director board roles for over 15 years and is currently Chair of Dress for Success Sydney Inc. She also has advisory roles with Western Sydney University on its finance and investment committee and NSW Aboriginal Land Council as Chair of its finance committee.

Bill Entwistle has held a number of senior management roles at Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternative asset management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, as Managing Director, Relationship Management & Strategy overseeing the growth of Ares’ institutional business in Australia and New Zealand, and latterly as an Advisor to Ares. Prior to his nearly ten years with Ares, Bill held senior management roles with investment banking firms Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank, and was Chief Investment Officer at Absolute Capital, an alternative credit investment management firm based in Sydney, leading a team of seven investment professionals investing in structured credit funds and securities.

In February 2021, Portfolio Managers, Steve Sutinen and Lucie Bielczykova joined the Revolution Asset Management investment team in newly created roles alongside founders Bob Sahota, Simon Petris and David Saija. Revolution Asset Management has committed capital of just over A$2 billion from institutional, family office and wholesale investors across its two Australian and New Zealand private debt strategies with deployed capital of A$1.8 billion, as of 30 September 2022.
